I had to close the shop for lack of business. :(

January 1, 2022, I, Rick's daughter in law, Candice, was not ready to retire like Rick was so I took over the business. My team and I were taught by the best and we continue to run Midway the Midway way but with extra grit and grace. We have added some new cuts and new faces and a few new prices due to the economy, but you still get the same great service you always have. I started working with Rick out of his little shop in 2012. He called it Bailey's Custom Meat Processing. Back then we thought we would just process for friends and family, but God had other plans. In 2016 we opened Midway Custom Meat Processing serving all the friends of friends and all the extra family members that we inherited.

From 2012 all the way to 2021 Rick Bailey built, taught, and retired from a business that I never in a billion years would have thought I , little ol' Kandi, would own and get to establish my very own business with amazing people not only as my customers but my friends too. I am grateful.
